Join our choirs!

Step 1: Fill out an application form

Share your details with us so we can get in touch with you, discuss any questions you might have and arrange a trial rehearsal or audition time.

Step 2: Come to a free trial rehearsal!

We'd love to have you join in for a rehearsal - we welcome everyone to come and try, whether you've sung in a choir before or not.

You can have a trial rehearsal at any point of the school term - please get in touch with us beforehand so we know when to expect you.

Our choirs hold dedicated open days around 3 times each year which are perfect opportunities to give us a try- follow us on Facebook to stay updated on open rehearsals for 2024.

Step 3: Audition

All Woden Valley Youth Choir choristers are asked to audition before formally joining the choir. This allows us to get to know you and your voice.

The auditions are very relaxed and go for about 10 minutes. They are typically held on weekends in Holder, or immediately before or after rehearsal on Tuesday afternoons in Coombs.
