Rebecca Brake
Intermediate Choir Director
Rebecca is a super mum of Hannah (4) and Charlie (7 months) and juggles catering to the needs of her children and maintaining her profession as a musician and educator.
Rebecca started her career as a pianist and accompanist gradually moving into education where she combined her two passions, children and music. As a musician Rebecca has studied piano, cello and voice, attaining her BMus in Piano Performance.
Rebecca has taught in several schools across the ACT focusing on school’s performance programs. Rebecca has been the musical director of school’s bands, string and flute ensembles and choirs, and is currently working at Amaroo School. Rebecca is also a regular conductor with the Sing Australia network in Canberra.
